  1. I believe you just list current property owner. Not sure if this is another Nathan Lyon project but seems they don't own the parcel yet.
  2. I have been wondering about this one. If anyone ever moves into this apartment I would be curious to know if the top level corridors have natural light coming in from those clerestory windows.
  3. wide body = planes with two aisles. narrow body = planes with one aisle
  4. I think the city needs to take ownership for the planning mistakes in the past for not developing the infrastructure correctly. The planning here was non-existent, raise taxes and improve the r.o.w. sidewalks, curbs, streetlights, trees etc. Don't put it on the developers to fix your past mistakes in planning just like affordable housing, developers are a for profit industry they need to make money putting the burden of affordable housing or infrastructure upgrades is not the private sectors responsibility. That's what taxes are for.
  5. I know we need this satellite concourse with all the growth but really wish they could of found a better long term solution. Concourses that are connected via buses are a pain, they fell disconnected from the rest of the airport. Wish they could have just built out a new concourse alongside A while it was still operational.
  6. Projects that have been under construction the longest.. Skyliner Blue Parrot Highview flats Anymore to add to the list??? haha
  7. Builder driven instead of architect driven. I call it the HGTV affect
  8. Wow that's a big time firm. Nashville is moving up. I bet they will use a similar material pallet but the buildings will look more modern. Just my guess.
