This might very well be the most diverse corner/intersection in the whole country. You have an apple store, Tootsies, Bridgestone Arena, and a Baptist Church! (albeit a few hundred feet away)

Yeah, the proportions of most Nashville towers feel too squat. Doubling the height to width ratio would do a lot to help. But we all know too well the reasons why they don't/can't go higher..

Very cool to see these progressing along and love to see a tower with no parking podium! Church street is about to get a lot more dense on this end, especially with some yards stuff in the mix here soon!
