Tall 90s suburban airport office building. are they going to clad the rest of the deck? Because that is atrocious.

I’ll say, a good 10-15 floors by July. possibly even more. and POSSIBLY topped out by the end of 2024.

Construction Fencing going up along side Tom hunter station, decent plot of land, anybody know what’s going up? edit* looks to be bigger, raising alot of old devolopments(old run down offices, hotels etc.

The pink building will always remain cool. however I said this when I moved here, and I’ll say it again, the rate and speed of how charlotte (well, “we” now.) build, is truly astonishing, coming from Greensboro which takes 5 years to build a hotel/apartment, where as here, they built an entire separate downtown in 6 years complete with density and a pure urban fabric. it’s truly mind boggling.

I’m sure my Lexus has been spotted uptown quite a few times..as I’ve ended up on exoticspotters in the “other” in the charlotte section and yes i drive it this height LOL i also have a LS400 just nowhere near as low but if you’re curious, this is the Japanese VIP low rider style brought into fruition by the yakuza.
