    Duke Tower, is most likely the 44-story. It would be on the surface lot next to the convention center. I believe Architects from Atlanta would design this one. The tower does have its own thread.

    When I do a negative it is more in jest and a short disagreement to the response. You might be right, I barely know my shrubs, but that looks like grape leaves to me. Sorry if you felt attacked.

    IMO they failed more to poor fiscal management and economies of scale. I noticed steep price increases and empty aisles towards the end time. They also looked to sell the company at some point. I think with someone fiscally responsible there is room for a small organic grocer in the hood.

    I mentioned it to the owners that live in Cali, they played coy with me which I took negatively. Pretty sure they own from Laurel Market to the small office building. The chat definitely didn’t make me feel at ease.

    Yeah I wondered if that was the hotel, as well. Glad to see that it was. It should be a decent infill project for South Park.

    Anyone got an update on when the Faison Apartments will actually begin construction? I remember the last update was they were rebidding but that was months ago.

    Sorry slightly off topic, I went to their locations and it list a South Park site arriving in 2019. Is that a new build or just putting a new flag on one of their existing properties?

    they did not look at Ballantyne. It was all much closer in to town.

    Staring at the skyline lit up with all different colors right now. Does anyone know if this tower will join the ones that can change its lighting color like Vue, bofa corporate, Duke and 300 S Tryon?

    FYI, I’m more of a burger on my own grill guy. However, Shake Shack isn’t that great, my mind is blown that Charlotte agenda tags it as the most anticipated restaurant. I lived near one for a few years and it is ok to good in my book.

    It has turned out so badly. I like the Whole Foods and infill, but Crescent absolutely failed on execution. This looks bad now and will only look worse as time goes on.
