pcdoctor: I think the first meeting is April 10th. Barring any unforeseen catastrophes, I plan to be there. Should be informative!

Otherwise, we're all moved in. Unpacking, cleaning, figuring out the washer/dryer, etc etc. Just happy to have the internet hooked up and running smoothly.

My concern was more that I probably don't want sweaty gym rats hanging out in an enclosed and poorly ventilated space that abuts my condo.

Yes. It is now in the basement next to the laundry room. Big room with epic skylights.
