There is an option to add a residential unit on top of the garages, which could be used to rent out through AirBnB. An interesting investment opportunity.

Driving through the area, I noticed that the sign for the Liberty Building has been taken down. Anyone know if it's been scrapped?

I haven't seen it on any CRE websites in a while.  I suspect it's a victim of both the terrible national office lending environment and the local impact of Project Core / baseball stadium development sucking the oxygen out of the room (since it will have office).
