I'm counting one new pane of glass that has  been added since QCxpat's post on August 28.  Hopefully more substantial progress has been going on inside the theater.

No idea where they grabbed the surrounding buildings from in the renderings, but at least we get a massive new park across the street...

in boom times they are but ask about their business back in 2010 when there were few cranes anywhere.  Heede is the dominant crane operator and supplier here for sure.
