This really shows how much the skyline will be stretched and transformed. Feels like the old Duke tower and LU will be more of the center of the urban core, whereas in the past it was Trade/Tryon and BoA.

This picture/rendering is awesome. That is a big boy downtown right there.

Hard to see how North Tryon ever gets the center of gravity to start moving back in its direction. The Square is now South Tryon and Brooklyn Village Ave  and it will take something massive on the north end to offset the southend growth.
