This really shows how much the skyline will be stretched and transformed. Feels like the old Duke tower and LU will be more of the center of the urban core, whereas in the past it was Trade/Tryon and BoA.

Hard to see how North Tryon ever gets the center of gravity to start moving back in its direction. The Square is now South Tryon and Brooklyn Village Ave  and it will take something massive on the north end to offset the southend growth.

Best way to ruin a perfectly coordinated outfit? Put on a pair of clown shoes that overshadow everything else. Those tacky shoes will get attention but only at the expense of the whole ensemble. This is a metaphor.
