A building permit has been issued for the former Hudson Blake space at 119 North Main Street. I noticed the general contractor does a lot of national clothing retailers. Interesting:

I wonder if it’s Urban Outfitters or Free People.

Confirmed that high end national retailer Free People will be coming to downtown Greenville at 119 N. Main Street. Store will be opening in August. Job posting:

It's great to see a national retailer committing to North Main.

I've heard rumors for the Jersey Mike's space. I can't confirm it at this point, but it will stay a restaurant.

DZN has closed their Main Street location and it has been replaced by another location of the Vault. Not sure if it’s a seasonal store or permanent.
