Like I said in an earlier post, you can tell it's the last one by the way the rebar is bent at 90 degree angles at the top.

I was told that they are ahead of schedule. They are supposed to be begin closings in mid-2008, but it may be earlier if the weather holds and we have a mild hurricane season.

I was also told by someone early on that the Publix was expected to open in June 2008.

Looks like the top floor being poured shortly, from my vantage point at the waverly today all the rebar is bent 90 degrees, thanks for the construction lesson bulldogger!

The People at the Publix on Shine said that they were wanting to open the Paramount Publix by Christmas 2007.

No its to cover the building during construction and then have a big unveiling when its finished. Dropping the cloth on Central when its finished complete with Publix. TaDA!!!!

December 2007 for a Publix opening seems kind of fast right? Will they open it while they are still working on the residential units? I mean, I am all for an opening ASAP, but December seems kind of optimistic.

April 2008, is the currently scheduled date for Publix opening. That is ahead of schedule.

Although I think they are done pouring floors I don't think its at its final height the renderings show some type of decorative finish.

Wasn't this supposed to be the same height as the Waverly? Judging by the last picture I'm pretty sure that's not the case.

Yea, What's up with the height? This was supposed to be 9' shorter than Waverly. Even with the ornamentaion it looks like it's going to be way shorter.
