The former stores that closed at Plaza Green next to Regal Hollywood Cinemas all have LOI’s. Includes the former Sears Outlet, Bed Bath & Beyond, Christmas Tree Shops, and Buy Buy Baby.

Construction has started on the expansion for Bass Pro Shops. Several leases signed at Magnolia Park in the same strip as Firebirds and Bad Daddy’s

Yeah. They very recently demolished the empty available store space on the end right next to where Skechers used to be. They’re going to expand BPS out to where it once stood. McCrory Construction is the contractor. My guess is that they’re adding a boat center now that it’s BPS and not Cabela’s anymore.

I don't know who any of the tenants are going to Plaza Green, but there are some really cool tenants looking for spaces in Greenville.

Home Sense , Sierra  and PGA Tour Superstore replacing the former Bed Bath and Beyond, Buy, Buy Baby and Christmas Tree Shops at the Shops at Plaza Green next to Magnolia. HomeSense and Sierra are part of the TJX family.
