And like clockwork, you take the Halton Road properties off the market, and other suburban office space is proposed. Yawn.

Hotel couldn't be over 3-4 floors with only 100 rooms.

This looks like the property between the Tru by Hilton that burned and the TD campus, correct?  Unless the hotel in the site plan is Tru?

-Looks like work has started on something next to the La Parilla.

-The large grass area between Woodruff Road and Whole Foods parking lot is slated to become more shops soon. Soil drill testing was done recently.

-The former taco place down the road in the same shopping center as Northern Tool has been leased and work is underway. 

-City BBQ now under construction across from Chick Fil A. 

-Korean BBQ place next to Fuddrucker’s is now open. 

-7 Eleven looks about ready to open. 

-Fifth Third Bank is now open.
