I just hope they don't OVER do it. There are some really nice old places in that neighborhood that would be a shame to lose.

I don't like the area outside the Sanctuary at all. It looks barren. It needs some planters with shady trees along the sidewalk. What is there now? Palm trees, maybe?

I agree. I would also like to see more fountains in front of these buildings or downtown in general, its a good look.

Walked by the site today and saw a sign that said Model Gallery coming soon in front of one of the remodeled houses.

They also have a Sales Center sign out there now. - 7/28

Maybe it's because I live in Manhattan and I'm desensitized to these generic looking towers, but I like it better than the other design. It looks like a lot of the new buildings going up in Chelsea right now. That other towers seemd like it was trying too hard.

I think it looks boring, but it does what it's supposed to. It is a dwelling. Regardless of my opinion on its aesthetics, I'll be happy to see more buildings continue to fill in TP.

Based on this redesign, what about the other tower that's supposed to be across the street?

Is that going through redesign also and we just haven't seen it yet or is it abandoned for this new streamlined building?

If this is the building that is going up at 26th and 6th they are making some serious time! I was there in Feb and there was barely a 1st floor.

well for the square footage the price isn't that bad. The smallest one is more than 900 sq feet. I just think the layout is weird.

it says mid 200s. The website has floorplans now.

Below grade, of course. When Orlando runs out of development land downtown, this will become a necessity. Obviously this is not the case when they are still using valuable land to build city parking garages.

The other great thing about this one is color. A loooot of the buildings in TP seem to be just plain and white...Sanctuary, Jackson, Star, etc. Any color scheme adds to the vibrancy, though the the scheme is still pretty similar to TP Central.
