I left my laptop charger at work Friday and my blackberry wouldnt pick-up the pictures bic created which is why I was so confused. Now that i've got my charger, thats some funny as s*!t

Is Eola Place @ 50% sold or is this just a way to gain confidence of potential buyers that this thing is really going to happen?

It is more than 50% sold, but for some reason, I do not see them starting the project right away. I think they are just doing this as a ploy to increase sales. As a resident of the brownstones, I will be happy to see Start Tower wrapping up just in time for a bigger mess on the other corner...

I walked by the Eola Place site for the first time in a couple of weeks. They've really made a lot of progress on the demolition.
