Why? It has everything. Great location, good parking, great building and it's close to the East side and Rt 95. Are you suggesting that this building might fall to the wrecking ball? I don't see that happening.

I'm surprised they are moving - I thought they had bought that building for some reason. Man, Miko has moved like a zillion times now - Lincoln mall, Thayer St, Downtown, N Main, Wickendon... crazy...

Now if only we had a supposedly sex positive sex shop without creepy over bearing sales people. Providence needs a Good Vibrations dammit!

Does anyone know the status of the retailfront next to XO Steakhouse on North Main? I thought it was going to be a restaurant owned by the Mills Tavern/XO/Ten folks (the Chinese Laundry?) but it's been covered by plywood for a while now.

It will be Chinese Laundry, apparently opening in Mar or April. Owned by XO/Big Fish/Citron/Ten. Mills Tavern and Red Stripe are another restaurateur.
