Doubt the coverage. The Cowboys are building a stadium that is a couple parking garages shy of breaking a billion and nobody outside of these boards knows.

That's actually a decent idea. For the most parts, it isn't used that much (without UCF) and it is usually used by out of town visitors. They have a better infrastructure for hotels. The out of towners usually stay down in that region of town when they are here anyway.

The Watson idea of building the arena and taking our local team away is bad.
