I do hope there is some plan to completely cut off access to this gap between thes new poured walls and the sidewall of the ramped street.  I suspect this gap is on land owned by the city as part of the street overpass property.  If it is not blocked off or filled in, it will certainly be a public restroom for the homeless.  I hope it will be filled in instead up to street level of the project.  The previous gap between the street and the warehouse was UNBELIEVABLY nasty
