I would be curious to see how this proposed development transpires over the next year or so....I guess we will have to "stay tuned" for future announcements.

I'll tell you how it'll transpire.  When confronted by concerned neighbors about traffic, the planners and council will say "It's The DOT's problem", as they told us about an addition to "The Farm" on my side of K-town.  The developers will get the rezoning along with promises.  Those promises will soon be forgotten and the bulldozers will scrap the land down to the red clay and up will pop up a strip mall, some cheap houses, and a service station.  Woohoo.

Looks like the kickoff to the Farmington Development in Harrisburg/Charlotte as begun.  This would be a much needed alternative from East to West in Harrisburg.
