I am sure the sun will come out now that I left the City Beautiful.  I was told by a local Orlando-ite this is the Advent Hospital along I-4.  I see a high rise going up and I take a photo LOL.

I love the grey garage.  It's about time.  Makes you think you're somewhere in Chicago or elsewhere up north.  No more of this beige BS...  grey is more of a "serious" color or tone.

Sorry for the blurry pics, but from my Lake Eola office building you can see the Lake Ivanhoe skyline coming together—mostly Advent Health, but Lake House and The Yard add some nice density.

AdventHealth is buying up tons of land on the opposite side of I-4 now. 

Second largest hospital in the country and only getting bigger.

Yep. One of my close friends old home was just bought by Advent Health. So I would expect the Health Village Neighborhood to expand. 

They also own a lot of land headed south down Orange Ave.
