Likely one is for the retail / public garage access and one for the residential. 

The last image in Mark's post appears to show that the elevator at the west side of the building only goes up two floors (or maybe one plus the overrun?) and the stairs run taller, so this should confirm downtownresident's comment that it is a retail/public garage elevator. Presumably the "lobby" at this location will be more of a vestibule then.

Just an observation and maybe it’s just me, but man this one seems like it’s taking forever.

It took a bit to get out of the hole. That seems to be the case for any of these projects when they have to dig a deep hole and build their way out. It seems to take a while.

Each floorplate on levels 1-5 is different (lobby, retail spaces, co-working/amenity spaces, BOH) plus 3 levels of below grade parking. Once past level 5, each of levels 6-27 are uniform/stacked, so you'll see project speed up. Level 28 are penthouses, and Level 29 is sky lounge and pool/roof.
