New office building for Greenville County.  After they move from their current location the exiting buildings will be torn down and replaced by a lot of buildings. Total cost of the entire project I believe is $40 billion.

As long as Grand Bohemian and .408 Jackson cranes don't come down anytime soon, Greenville will be right back at its all time amount of five cranes in use in the near future with a possible sixth with Broad View.

Be aware that these are boom cranes and not tower cranes so not quite as exciting as it could be.

It’s a steel build. No need for one.

Two boom cranes total. Both are topped out and one of them is very tall.

Bids for demolition of several buildings on the project site are due July 6th. DMV building will be ready for demolition in July followed by the family court building in August and the health department building in November.

Will not. It’s a steel column build so a tower crane is not needed. The cranes are already up for it which you can see in my previous drone pics.

Looks like contract was awarded to Tristar America for demolition of structures. Notice to proceed slated to be given July 21st. Demolition of DMV building to begin soon after.
