drink water with lemon (publix sells Real Lemon).  drink it whenever you drink water...or...all the time.

also, Cinnamon Tea.  Cinnamon helps the body regulate sugars...

metformin here as well but no cinnamon capsules.....plus I walk 4-5 miles each day

That's great.  :thumbsup:

I manage about 1.5 - 2 miles most days and only when the weather turns cool(er). 

During the summer heat I keep my butt indoors as much as possible!!!

the key to the summer is walking early in the morning. It helps that I'm retired. When I worked I would walk in the evening when I got home from work. Sometimes my husband would walk with me and he said he could always tell what kind of day I had at work by how fast I walked 😉
