aw, really?  So many other lots along that corridor screaming for infill before this one.  Especially that dusty Preferred Parking lot.

Any hope for a real nod to our gold mining history is quickly disappearing.  Even if it were just a simple basement-type collection of tools used in a mine would be SOMETHING.

I think you have your land mixed up. This is on the northern corner of the intersection. The south corner is the old mineshaft development that fell through
