If I do not know the exact parcel I will be hunting and pecking. Not sure where you are on this one. Maybe if you point it out on a map.

On the SW curve of Metroplex Drive across from the Public Storage, and north of Fitness 1440:

Yes, the small structure is gone.  All that remains is a surface lot.

Let's hope not. That is NOT zoned for warehouse. There was just a huge fight to stop a similar proposal, just months ago. Now another developer is back, again, trying to cross "the line" that separates industrial from residential

Actually that's what it is right across the street. The drop pin is the location of the rezoning and if you look at all the warehouses to the south I would be fine with it. As a matter of fact I would be fine with turning the old Starwood into warehouses as everyone out there is complaining there are too many residents anyway, and the schools are too crowded, so why build more housing. If you look at the huge housing development just across the line in Lavergne, there is a lot of crime there and we can't blame it on Multi-housing. Those are single family homes and that was the center of Lavergne's crime problem for the longest.

How many developers have tried and failed to do housing at the Starwood site? Warehousing is a perfect fit. Even though it is zoned agricultural, that is the base zoning in Nashville for undeveloped land.
