Drove by the site last night and it looks to me like they're about done with the foundations of the 6 Town Houses on the South side (Sigsbee). I would imagine they'll start working on the retail/apartments next?

I honestly do not remember. I picked out the choices so long ago. I believe they were a historic reddish/brown color. We have just submitted another application in to the State for additional credits. TheState cut us about $1,000,000 in tax credits. Consequently we have value engineered for siding on the town homes yet building for brick...meaning the foundation will have a brick ledge. Should we get our additional credits, the town homes will be almost all brick.

Looks like things are begining to shape up here. I like how the new structures are taking cues from surronding homes. It looks like this development will feel quite at home here.

WOW! It looks like you are getting closer to adding the facing on those townhomes. Are you stuck with siding or did you get anymore tax credits for Brick? Anyway, looks very nice Dave!

Has the retail space at Madison and Hall been hard to rent, or is there some other snag? Seems like interest in this space on wealthy would be fairly high?

that's the old two stands bar right? on wealthy and diamond? yeah, the guy from friction records has been working on opening a new bar there. i guess it looks amazing inside.

It's a private patio for the small building to the left. The lot is so small they couldn't build or expand on it so they just landscaped it.
