    id like to have it on Church St. and OBT. Keeps the sports corridor going. Maybe leading to a streetcar line with multiple drop-offs on Church for each stadium.

    100% this I liked the thinner slender design before. This is another fat chunky building that I fear will morph with the waverly in front to form one gigantic fat blob. looks a little too Miami Beach-ish for me. The other design seemed more refined...

    Another one for the list is Nashville... My dream is for Orlando to one day become a new version of Austin. Tourism will always be king here but I would love a 20% white collar / tech workforce.

    So sad, "most anticipated restaurant openings" and Taco Bell should never be spoken together in the same sentence. And, Didint this have awnings in the original renderings? Seems the end result is a little value-engineered like always.

    DT Food scene seems to be coming down in flames lately while Mills 50 is on the upswing. Sad to see this happening in DT. Seems like years of one step forward, ten steps back...

    I would think the likelihood it survives a transplant at that age and size is unlikely.

    1000%, this place will always stay small-time as long as people want to keep spinning their wheels in our past. It is impressive how Austin has re-invented itself to become what it is today. ...and by the way, being a capital city does not equate to being a centralized, dense urban area...see Tallahassee and many others. The differences are attitudes. THAT makes the difference. Cheers

    Welcome home Praha, I would definitely look at the Yard if I were looking for a new place. Imo, there is no other building like it in ORL. Love that design style.

    True. Not always. But those who are local and good earn my money. In this case, IMO, Foxtail is just as good or better and they are from Orlando.

    I will always support local over anything. Doesn't matter how lazy I get. An app is simply not worth supporting a chain from Seattle than a local shop from our own city.
