    Wrestling legend Ric Flair claims WWE is going to build a 'hall of fame' in Orlando I'm putting this here because I'm assuming it will end up in the tourist district. If Buddy can pull it into downtown, perhaps in the Magic Entertainment Complex, that would be pretty massive imo. I think this might actually be a pretty big deal.

    I was really looking forward to this place but ended up disappointed. It felt like a mediocre coffee shop with a record/book section tacked on as an afterthought. I absolutely couldn't stand the cold, corporate-feeling interior. Book stores, record shops, and coffee shops should feel intimate and cozy, in my opinion. This missed the mark.

    If were making changes to anything, I'd prefer adding term limits. I think Buddy would win even if we had far larger turnout. For most people, everything is "fine", so why vote for anything but the incumbent? I guess I don't understand why having more people at the polls would change anything.

    Show me a candidate with new ideas that inspire people to get to the polls. We're stuck with Buddy, otherwise.

    Driving by it looks like it still has plenty of time before the buildout is complete. I agree it's a bizarre location, unless they got a hell of a deal on a lease and are banking on lightspeed development of the newspaper property. I'm partial to Sushi Pop

    Since the pandemic has started, obviously I've gone out a lot less and spent less money on things I don't need. My savings towards buying a home is doing much better than if the pandemic hadn't happened. I'd imagine the folks lucky enough to keep their jobs are in the same boat. I actually wonder if the housing market takes a hit after a vaccine has been distributed.

    Can't be surprised with the uncertainty of office demand at the moment. At least they're still activating the ground floor retail. It's still pretty crushing to hear Orlando's motto "It could be worse".

    They were sunbleached to death. If I'm not mistaken, the city of Orlando parking garage art requirements were updated to require the art has significant longevity and I think those postcards may have played a big part in that.

    I'm usually not one to call for the shortening of buildings, but I think 6 stories would be far more appropriate there. I'd be fine with the trim removed since it looks like an afterthought. A brick facade would work very well there.

    Not even trying to blend into the immediate area. It's impressive how it's both ugly and boring.

    Well I have been putting off walking around the development, but since I was in the area I did. I'm also just finding out there's a 7mb limit so I couldn't include all of the pictures. Sorry it doesn't give the full scope. Most of the apartments look done with the exception of about 25% of the ones to the North.
