    BoA Stadium doesn’t need remodeled, it needs demolished. It looks like a college football stadium compared to the new NFL stadiums of 2018.

    There’s plenty of upscale shopping not found in Charlotte that could have potiential in Uptown. I think SouthPark and Uptown would balance each other out.

    They aren’t usually hard to find in Uptown. The scooters are available 24/7. Lime requires you to wear a helmet, but I’ve never seen anyone wearing one while riding

    SouthPark is struggling to keep tenants and attract upscale ones, so let’s stick with Metropolitan. There is no need for a TJ Maxx or HomeGoods when Marshall’s is literally right beside the space.

    All of this development around the Boardwalk when the Boardwalk is in desperate need of a renovation.

    That site is prime land for Johnson & Wales to expand it’s campus.

    No, Charlotte isn’t too good to host the President, but just because he’s the President doesn’t mean it’s a win for Charlotte or NC. Sure if we were to host it would bring in tourists, millions of dollars, and a spotlight, but it will also fuel the misrepresentation that Charlotte (and NC) is a Republican Mecca - the complete opposite look we need, as HB2 is still costing us corporate expansions. There are plenty of other events to host without the negative effect.

    Hosting the RNC is a horrible idea after the dragging Charlotte and all of NC got with HB2.
