I was in TC Monday and noticed they are also doing come interior and exterior construction of the space above Pottery Barn. If Taste is on the first floor, does anyone know what’s going here?

I very much dislike the wood pattern they made on that wall. If they were going for random, it’s not random enough. If they were going for a pattern, it’s not patterned enough either. :/

They replaced trollies with busses.

Their is a rendering of a 6 story building on the corner. It’s shorter than what was proposed for the corner, a more...typical design, and grey to white color palate if I remember correctly. It says office and retail for lease.

The red lettered document above says that floors 7-8 (empty floors). Will be a double height interstitial MEP floor. Or a Mechanial, Electrical, and Plumbing floor (intervening) between the occupied floors. BTW- I love the word “interstices”

I read that as, it was once below 24 floors, but now because of demand, it is now back up to 24 floors.

From ABC store to this! Don’t worry, I’m pretty sure it was training. We saw them getting the ladder into place and it looked like firefighters were taking turns climbing up and down. The Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn were cool too. And because they have the same parent company the bathroom hallway connects both stores from the inside! My 4 y.o. thought that was the coolest thing...and the samples in W.S.

Has anyone mentioned that an ABC store is coming to the Cosmo, next to Royal Chocolate? I saw the permit on the window today.

Unfortunately my initial thought was of all the history you just destroyed in that proposal. Sometimes bigger isn't better when your talking about the removal of history and art.

There is a touring lego display around Town Center thru the end of the month. They have amazing renditions of historic American government building and monuments. They have this map and quiz to find each. There are also other random displays in the Westin lobby and fountain plaza...so far that I saw. I loved it, my kids loved it.

What is Madison Park? The only thing I could find in searching is 11 Madison Park which is a suuuper swanky restaurant on Madison Ave in NYC.

Not to rehash the thought, but I will. Loopnet says the lasted update was yesterday- 6/21/18 and it still is described as a 22 floor tower. Leasing description are only available for floors 12-16. http://www.ripleyheatwole.com/new-developments.asp On the Riply Heatwole site, even thought it hasn't started construction on phase 2, this is the first time I've read that they are looking at a phase 3. What's up with phase 2?

You can't really tell from those night shots above, but I drove past it today and there is really some nice woodwork on the retail side of the building.
