  1. I agree, but I've given up for now on the height thing because it's beating a dead horse at this point. This will still be the most beautiful high rise in the city regardless.
  2. I agree, but this definitely should have been the company that broke at least 700' and absolutely had the money to do it. Oh well, still a good looking building.
  3. I'm with you on this, but regardless it will be the best looking highrise in the skyline. It really won't even be close, imo.
  4. The little sliver shouldn't even be a make or break in this. It'll be the owner of that little piece that takes a huge hit if he/she wants to keep being a jackass. Build this thing with or without it, it's time for the other party to "call the bluff" considering they're the ones in control of the situation.
  5. Yeah I'm exaggerating a little with a tad of sarcasm lol.
  6. That's sad when a 3 high rise skyline looks better than Nashville's very own.
  7. Eh, a few cherry blossoms wouldn't hurt. Imho, Nashville should take a page from D.C. and plant a bunch of those along the river.
  8. ^^At least a 700 footer. Nothing less.
  9. That last shot of 505 is fantastic. Fancy crown or not, that building will look beautiful when completed under its current plan. It has a very strong presence.
  10. I love this development, everything about it. I think it would also have looked great in the gulch.
  11. Gotta agree with this. Also, in terms of stadiums being old, Nissan stadium is just a pup so why destroy it? It wouldn't be that difficult to add anything else to it.
  12. That's insane. Just took a look back through the thread and it looks like foundation work wasn't completeled until September '16. That's 19 floors in roughly 7 months.
  13. I know Skyhouse is more floors, but which project averaged faster? This thing flew up.
  14. Give me this project, the second ave. partners, mainland and river north projects all at once starting NOW and I'd be content for the next 5 years with everything else happening presently.
  15. Looking at shots like these shows how much Nashville is in desperate need of some kind of river entertainment. Even a couple of small dock restaurants. Check out the Blue Gill Grill on Tims Ford Lake in Franklin County for example.
