    New mural on the 100 Taylor Street arts building. I met the owner, Ron, who gave me a quick tour of all the remodeling. He restored the brick exterior with new signage as shown. The building dates from 1899 and was originally a flour mill. I told him about UP and invited him to the meet-up tomorrow.

    Synchronized lights are a no-brainer. When I lived in Orange County, I could drive two miles down Jamboree Road in Irvine and never hit a red light. I’ve often wondered why we don’t do that here?

    Morning walk in steady rain. Found an excellent coffee place with a view of the Space Needle that roasts its own beans. The last shots are of Lake Union with the U Dub (U of W) skyline in the distance.

    Earlier this month I posted some views of the Northern Cascades from the NE side of the island. Last Saturday I took a long walk through the snowy forests at the Ft. Ebey State Park and shot some views lookin west at the Olympic Peninsula and the Olympic Mountains.
