  1. I was the one that sold 14 S. Memminger. We bought it for 160 4 years ago and really just did paint and put up a fence door. If the people that bought do serious renovations I think they could get seven or 800 with the size of the lot. You can’t buy a lot that big back there anymore. I’m so glad I bought in that area years ago. You can’t get in anymore for a good price really unless you have a lot of money to spend. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Asheville to Denver is a no brainer. Lotsa marijuana will flow through there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Ours isn’t operational I guess. It would be cool if it was taken down and put on display someplace. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I have no clue that’s just personally what I want. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I want Frontier nonstop GSP to Vegas really bad. Denver would be really cool as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I’m kind of curious. Do you have any photos of the type of architecture that you like? It seems like this look is going up in most cities so I’m not sure what the compare or contrast could be to something else. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Just sold one of my houses in the West End. 14 S Memminger st Purchased Dec 2013 $160,000 Sold Dec 2017 $410,000 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. What’s the parent company for the days inn? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. That’s not exciting but thank you for sharing.
  10. Does anyone know what is being developed behind the QT and Comfort Suites in Simpsonville? It's a huge tract of land. Probably one of the biggest and most desirable per square foot in the county if you need a big space. Easy highway access, not to crowded on that end of things yet and VERY visible from the highway. Any guesses?
  11. There’s trouble with that management group. Something is not right. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. There's more to that story. There's problems with the PopCap group. The owner of Lust was part of it and he got kicked out for some reason. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk Just rumors but there might be something to it. They made a pretty big investment there to just close it. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  13. I actually can see where more grocery will work. I really don't think we've seen even a tiny fraction of the impact of all the new residential opening up. It's going to completely change the city from a demographic standpoint. Now in terms of what Grocers will work that's a more interesting question. The only major ones not already there are Walmart, Ingles and Bi-Lo none of which anyone would get excited about of course. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk Are there anybody besides The Usual Suspects of Fresh Market, Earth Fare and Whole Foods and Trader Joe's from that style of grocer that would be possibilities? Are there any Regional chains looking to expand or something like that? Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  14. I was in Nashville last weekend and we are on par with them for amount of projects going on and obviously much smaller. That's pretty crazy to think about. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  15. If I had a company that needed a headquarters that size I would be very interested. It's far enough off Main Street so Main Street is not a distraction but it's close enough to be a benefit of the employees working for the company. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk It also has good parking and easy egress and Ingress from the highway. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  16. Well of course no expert here but that seems like a really big increase. You start to do the same type of percentage increases and it gets bigger and bigger very quickly. We haven't even gotten into all the people that are going to move here with all that new housing opening up downtown. The next 12 to 24 months are going to be very interesting for the city. 17. I've known about the Tapas place for about a month-and-a-half but because it wasn't public I didn't want to talk about it to respect a friend of mine. There's an interesting story behind the people opening this and why. One thing I'm aware of is there going to have a really unique set up for the bar on the lower floor. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk I guess they're going to keep the second floor similar to what was there before which was almost like a little nightclub in the evenings. I think with the hotel opening down the street it should do okay but I know 21 East required a lot of promotion and effort to make work and if the right combination was not there it didn't work because of the location. 18. The movie theater at camperdown would have been a total mess. There's no way for traffic to get in and out of there easily. I think it would work at the county development though because you have major roads coming in and out to it. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  19. What time? Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
  20. It feels weird driving past there everyday for the last 10 years and not having that auto body shop there. This is a huge Improvement but it definitely has a odd feeling right now with the empty construction site there and the apartments going on up the road where the church was. 21. I'm in the same boat, we live DT and are switching from Publix to HT the day they open. I like Publix compared to what is available here but as far as gourmet grocery goes they really don't have the selection and quality you can find at even mid range groceries in other areas. My Dad is a gourmet cook hobbyist and just can't find the ingredients he needs that he would find in even Price Chopper or Shop Rite which are not even high end grocers. Fresh market and Whole Foods don't fill the gap either. HT is known for having a little more of that sort of thing and an overall more advanced setup like online order and curbside pickup. I really do wish they would pick up the pace.
  22. Wow, it's a lot bigger than I thought it would be Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk

  25. I really like the new Remodel and it's not even done yet. We've been growing fast as it has been for a while now but something tells me the floodgates are really about to open. All of that residential downtown has to mean something and with all of the turbulence and changes politically and economically that are coming I can't see Greenville not being a city that would benefit from fall out whether it be negative or positive. Kind of like a stockbroker that knows how to make money when the market goes up and the market goes down. I don't think this is the last project we will see at the airport. I think fairly soon there will be an expansion needed. My money is on 5 to 10 years before a major expansion. Up until now I kind of understand why no more big projects the size of BMW have come in. Something tells me that's about to change and some more big things will happen which will require the airport to grow. All of course based on nothing and I just like to share my opinion every once in awhile. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
