How is this project coming along? I need to drive by and see if much has changed in the last few months. I think the last I saw of it, it was just apartments and a few retail spots fronting the road?

South Park Apts:

These first two might be new to some here( "World's Largest standing Lion Sculpture" @Queens University of Charlotte Sports Complex off Tyvola & "Gabriel the Arc Angel" @ Crown Memorial Park in Pineville, but I'm pretty sure most know about Metalmorphosis. I couldn't find a thread dedicated to sculptures/statues/art around the city but maybe there's enough to start one?

So I got an answer to my question today after noticing pieces of rail laying at the corner of Clanton and South Blvd. I spoke with some CATS workers and this section was scheduled to be replaced this past weekend but due to rain it has been pushed to this upcoming weekend. They said its gotten pretty gnarly, the trains basically have to come to a stop here to not derail.

His private messages aren't any better, and further show how dense he chooses to be. Anywho, it's sad to how much this bill is effecting us economically, it'll boost turnout come November though and get the Grande ole Party outta office. They have shown nothing but disdain towards the city and progressives for years now, and I can't wait to see them leave. I also can't wait to see Pat come through Charlotte to campaign.
