I do remember when this project was starting off that this site required a lot of soil remediation/environmental cleanup, I don't know how or if this would have affected the design, but I know there were significant costs involved getting it cleaned up.

It is! This is Cykel Apartments with Grubb Properties: very neat project, I think there will definitely be some uber eats delivery's taking place here though, without a nearby grocery store it may be tough to get some frozen foods/treats back by bike/foot. Fixed!

Does anyone have a picture of the staging area they had to construct for this project? Were running into "similar" issues down here in Charleston, I'd like to show some people in my office how critical staging is for the continual progress of projects. -
As long as this does not coincide with my buddies wedding weekend, I'll make it a point to get back into town. Slipping my mind when hes getting married right now though

I understand both sides of the argument here, and know how fragile these deals can be, but it's not our responsibility to protect these guys if the info has been leaked. The poster who "leaked" may or may not be related in any way to the project, but coming in after the fact and deleting everything that was said only reinforces that the poster was clearly onto something. It was probably not in that person's best interest to post such information, but that was their decision to make, its now up to Cresent/JLL/duke/accela/whomever to find their mole. -
KEER, (Chinese textile company) is buying into this sum-what as well. They are building a new spinning facility on their land they own in Indian land, and I've heard through the grapevine that they have a couple phases in the works which could total over 1 million square feet of new space.
