I walked by yesterday to check this out. The dark brick looks really good! It has a nice play of color variation and texture.

I hope it's retail.... we have a lot of restaurants as it is and we need some destination areas off Main to attract crowds of people. This street could get pretty busy with the East 21 bar and grill opening up and American Roadside nearby, helping to draw people from the core. Please, I hope it's not offices or a bank. :Fingers Crossed:

Anytime Fitness has signed a lease to take the entire retail space. With all of the apartments accounted for, the project will open 100% full.
