I heard that the hotel is pretty full for the next 6 months. Something like half a billion dollars of reservations. This comes from someone with the contractors...

I also heard that the rooms have some framed photos of the construction process, taken by one of the contractors - the owner liked his pictures, and bought them for the hotel. Pretty cool idea, especially since the construction process was unique.

Looking forward to seeing the restaurant, not only is there graffiti as part of the decor, but apparently a lot of different materials that mimick the stages of the building's renovation.

Tomorrow afternoon, PPS will announce it's 10 Most Endangered Properties List from the Masonic Temple/Providence Renaissance Hotel. Since the Temple was on the list for 10 years it's great to celebrate how far the Temple has come in the last several years thanks in part to the efforts of PPS.

Perhaps we'll get confirmation on the May 17th opening from the hotel representatives. Can hardly wait to get inside!
