Myers Park / Eastover Projects

Hmm. If anyone thought myers park needed an industrial lodge…

it’s a nice build, no doubt, but dang. This is a perfect gut and reuse opportunity. It’s not like CP&F doesn’t have the money. Also on the BB+M website is a project called CP&F Mews, which appears to be residential or office suite-ish. I can’t place where this is,

I believe that was/is a proposal at 2101 Randolph, right beside their 2109 Randolph office building. You can see it grayed-out in the background on the last rendering. Not sure if accurate, but Google shows the existing building as an AT&T substation, temporarily closed (135 N Chase St).

I'm unsure if CP&F plans to retain 2109 Randolph, with their new 520 Providence project. Probably not.

They're not leaving Randolph. The new building is for R&D, as well as a showroom for their products.

Off topic, but I have always loved the Carlton and also 800 Cherokee just down the road. I was fascinated with these "towers" that were built this far from Uptown when I moved to the city in 2006. And then I remember when Rosewood was built and was fascinated by that development too.
