Only one bid was received and it was from Parkway Corporation for a total of $10,679,000 which is more than the $10,405,000 that was minimum required.

Looks like they have done some pretty big projects especially in Philadelphia so I am definitely not disappointed in them being the only bid: https://www.parkwaycorp.com/portfolio

Attorneys for both parties are working on terms for the transfer, said James Keel, director of the transit authority. They hope to have a draft purchase and sale agreement before the transit authority board by the end of the year, but Keel said the holidays could lead to delays:

Yeesh. This on top of Main at Broad and parking lot across from McBee Station falling through. Hopefully they can find another buyer but with Parkway being the only bidder last time I don’t know if that’s going to happen:
