The latest from Terrazzo's building manager is that blasting is finished for this project.  Excavation will continue through June.  Concrete pouring will begin on July 5.

Could that spot in the middle of this pic be where the crane will go?

Two drills showed up yesterday and blasting continued today.  I guess they ran into more rock.

Yea rock is sort of like weeds around here. It can grow overnight, I think.

There are little orange cones in this space outlined with rocks.  Is this where the crane will go?

I think this core for elevator and stairs.

Looking back at the renderings on page 1 of this thread, this location is about where some ramps will be in the garage.  The elevators are near the northeast corner of the lot.

From 9 PM tonight to 7 AM tomorrow, NES is shutting down power to Terrazzo so that Society Nashville's power can be connected underground.  Many residents here are upset about it, but there's not much to be done about it.

They're pouring concrete for what I think will be the crane pad.

There is lot going on.  For reference, my pics are taken from the NW corner of the lot.  Lots of rebar ready to be put in place.  At the bottom of the pic lies a shallow pool of water where rebar was placed earlier today, suggesting that concrete pouring there is imminent.  Last week, the utility pole just this side of the ramp was removed.  The big concrete box in the northeast corner was poured last Friday and I counted about 50 workers on site that day.  They are prepping for a big pour of the exterior walls soon.  The A+ Storage building's days are numbered.
