In my last photo above look at that crazy sign.  I think it might be upside down.  And that last photo is what I call a Twofer since Ally Tryon Place is so prominent too.

I still really love this building. I'm hopeful that the crown looks good lit up. That garage is scarily huge and the brick does look good on it.

Am I the only one who thinks that it was rude for Brian Moynihan’s BofA commercial to be filmed entirely on the streets of New York?   This should have been an unparalleled opportunity to showcase the Queen.

the screening is better than leaving it all bare and unfinished looking.

not always, in raleigh, The Dillon, the architectural screening on the deck is dreadful, you can see the pocked and marked up concrete behind the screening. looks really bad.

For those who don't like the pyramid on top visit uptown on foggy days like today.  First sign of Legacy 2 construction too.

Mirrored glass would help the look of this parking deck. it would make it look like another office building. Like the base of Legacy Union 1.  Like this below. Not pink tho. Maybe the dark blue\green color. if the brown brick wasnt there.

Wonder if they'll use the same crane for LU2?   All you have to do is take the crane down, move it 100+ feet over and reassemble it.
