I'll put this here because it's in my hood.

But this system needs to be totally revamped. It's ridiculous that you get this much time to take care of a property.

The property is still overgrown.

It’s very troubling, and agreed ridiculous. It’s the same crap over and over, just as is with any government policies.. red tape, red tape, back to another study then mor red tape. Should be simple, out of compliance you have 48 hours to correct it or you get ticketed and have one week to pay the fines. People do whatever they want, because there’s no punishment for their actions.

A bit more info on the clubs that will open in the 3 story structure that is the home to the "Nashville Sign" electronic billboard at the intersection of Broadway and West End Ave:

This summer, members-only One Garage and New Jersey-based European-style cafe Lola’s Nashville will open on one of Midtown’s most recognizable sites.

Located in 4,500 square feet at 1616 Broadway, One Garage will take up around two-thirds of the space and Lola’s, open to the public, will occupy the remaining third. The property is also home to the iconic Nashville Sign.

Founded by Andrew Maness and Zachary Shunk, One Garage will create a community hub for Nashville’s auto enthusiasts. Maness fell in love with Nashville after coming to town throughout the years working as an auto-moto journalist, and Brentwood local Shunk has an engineering background and owned a detailing business.

Membership will be capped at 500 people, with an initiation fee of $2,000 followed by a monthly fee of $300. Interested members can get more information on One Garage’s website.

Aside from using the lounge, membership perks include planned rides and trips to races and various destinations around the country, exclusive photo and art previews, clothing brand pop ups and more.

One Garage has also leased the first and third floors, 3,900 square feet each, of the F&M Bank building at 1701 West End for yet-to-be-disclosed member perks.

The underground parking garage adjacent to 1701 West End will have capacity to store 28 vehicles — with members able to select a space monthly, quarterly or annually — as well as have a full-service detailing bay.

Lola’s, founded by Scott Mizrahi, is known for its gelato and serves sandwiches, salads, cheese boards, cocktails, beer and wine.
