One of the partners, Jorge Perez (a Miami developer) just recently backed out of the project causing speculation that it would not continue as planned. However cloony still claims that they are going to move forward. http://www.hollywood.com/news/detail/id/3476330

Man, I thought i was the only one!! i hate that disgusting rusty fence and how it petrudes out into the sidewalk from the top. everytime i walk on that sidewalk directly across from courtside, i feel like the sharp points on the top of the fence are going to gouge my eye out or something.

Did anyone see the mayor of Kansas City on WCCB last night. He seemed really bemused and p-o'd that Kansas was dropped from the race. He was also quoted as saying that he believed they had a world class proposal and that he would put it up against anyone.
