  4. I really like the effect of the separate pictures pieced together.
  5. The old Map shop is being renovated for a new tenant, also the store on main street, next to the Paris cafe, is being renovated. Hopefully some cool retail shops (does anyone have any info on the possible future tenants ?).This block on main street ( the Mast general store block) is a great mix of retail, restaurants, and other business and it will be nice to see every store front full this year.
  6. No it is not in the central business district or any historic districts.
  7. Thanks UP'ers for the positive comments for the last photo I posted, this one is from last night.

    The West End

The owners of the old Shealy's electrical site have reapplied to the DPC for approval. The new plans have minor changes and the building is still a great looking project. According to their application they lost one of the office tenets so they changed the office space into more condos. Hopefully we will see some construction soon.
  12. But believe it or not they have now tore apart the upper fountain and are repairing it.
  13. This is the space on the main level of the old Ivey's I was talking about. The lower level of the Ivey's, the lower level also has steps that go to main street in front of the Atlanta Bread company. Both levels combined would make a nice Gallery.
  14. Their are doors in the center of the building that lead into a lobby with spaces behind Atlanta bread and the Pizza place I was assuming this is the space they are talking about ?
  15. I was talking to some of the artist at art in the park and was told that a group of artist have lease part of the building next to the Hyatt (were the Atlanta bread company is located) and will be opening a gallery soon. That's all the info I have, has anyone heard about this? Also the space next to the fountain at river place is being up fitted and should be done soon. I was told this space will sell gelato and small items for tourist.
