    I was at Bhramari Brewing prior to a recent CLT FC game and it was packed. Service was great, good vibe, and the beer isn't bad.

    The other thing to keep in mind is that these Middle levels job emps don't stay in those roles forever. When they are promoted or provided with the opportunity at a higher level out of market they request lot of time to stay in market and setup an office here. Which leads to influence and that could lead to more emps here. Look at how USBank started in CLT.

    Hopfly seems to be doing well and it’s not far from this site. In time we will wish we had retail/restaurant in the corridor.

    This is the same type of tree that is in front of Ally, but only a few hundred years older. Its just a different type of art....we need both types around Charlotte IMO.

    Destroying a historic building for this project is a travesty! They could have been much more creative (land swaps, etc.) in constructing the master plan for this block, but I've heard Inlivian leadership had different ideas and wasn't the easiest to work with so we have this turd to show for it. This should be outside 277 not in an area where we are trying to create a vibrant center city.
