Looks like WSPA's new studio opens Monday in Camperdown. Pretty excited on how it looks.

Went up to Boston last week for my 30th birthday and took a tour of Fenway Park. On the tour they actually talk about Fluor Field being a "copy" of the Green Monster and talk about the reformation of Field Street to copy Jersey Street up there. I talked to the tour guy for a bit and he said the Drive are actually working with them to get as close as possible. I am looking forward to it. I saw WSPA post something about The Crazy Mason Milkshake coming to Greenville with the hint of "It's going to be a homerun" as the location spot. Now I know most likely there is a thread in the Rays' fan forums; but I choose not to go over there. Being born and raised in the bay area (Largo), I went to many Rays games when I lived down here. I currently live in Tallahassee now but still follow them religiously. Hearing about everything going on with them and the debate on where to go is just getting exhausting. From the designs for St. Petersburg to trying to convince them moving to Tampa. Where do you guys want them to go? Also with new news coming out Saturday night about them putting a sign about the split season to Montreal it's starting to heat up again.

If I remember correctly, that was a trophy place and a luxury car place right? I moved to FL about 2 years ago now so I don't know if those two places are in business still.

Moved here from the Tampa area in February and always followed this forum for South Carolina and down there. Surprised there isn’t anything about Canopy. Always hard to find information about what’s upcoming and such. “Future Home of Freedom Church” ’s sign has been up for a few years from what my friends have said. Also supposedly breaking ground on something next to District 850 is soon as I’ve seen some surveyors out there the last couple weeks. Always mowing that piece of land too on weekends. Please put information about this area. I’ve seen on their website the master plan but boy it seems slow.

Quite enjoyed reading almost every page of this (going to admit, skip a page or two). 2006 on, unreal. I moved to Greenville in 2017 and actually in Velo Verdae. Left in ‘18 and came back in ‘19 over in Mauldin. Left Jan ‘20 for FL and still down here. Been back twice for a few hours each and tried to hit all the spots to see construction. From Fluor Field Area all the way to Mauldin, a lot of construction. Haven’t been up there since March so I know it’s been updated since then. Hopefully we will be moving back up there in Feb ‘22 . Keep up the great work for updating stuff y’all!

Has there been an announcement on who is owning .408 Jackson apartments? I am surprised there's not a website/Facebook page for these yet.

Resident for three years in the Upstate and left for the Sunshine State Jan 2020. Always been searching online for updates about Camperdown and other projects around the city. Glad I found this place! I was hearing from friends that Chase is taking over WSPA's location in RiverPlace. Is the (bank?) taking over both spots if the Starbucks is moving over to Camperdown? Would make sense as both connect inside anyways (drywall separates news studio and Starbucks). Also, do we know what level WSPA is on over there? I know it's multiple stories so I would think it'll be the first to keep the same mindset they had across the street for people to look in during the news cast. Looking forward to talking to everyone here about the 864 PS: Is there a post about all the activity over by Fluor Field? I heard they're building apartments over there. Haven't seen any photos of updates about that
