I'm not sure HCA needs to develop that lot - according to my friend who works there, they are currently leasing available space out of the surrounding office buildings. I did however see some core drilling on the small grassy site between the Hampton Inn and the Office tower last week. Perhaps that one is next to be developed. Also, Lifeway Plaza has been renamed.

Nashville as MLB Expansion/Relocation Market

This is a shortened version of the ESPN article... Group led by Dave Stewart preparing bid for potential MLB expansion team in Nashville (espn.com) Would like to see some affordable housing in their proposal, if it ever goes forward. -
I don't see the tiny, poorly designed parking lot. But I DO see two elevators... Still crossing my fingers for a Downtown Target location which are about 36,000 SF in other locations, including groceries.

They are absolutely getting into the Healthcare market. My friend at the big Healthcare campus downtown said Amazon has been actively recruiting and poaching her employees for some time.

For what it's worth... I know one of the women who had a resulting blood clot from the J&J vaccine and she does not regret receiving it. I also know numerous people who have DIED from Covid. -
That's up to the Owner of the lot, it mentioned redevelopment of underperforming lots but I don't know if you can force them to build.

The 'leafy' panels are lights. I guess they could have added some clerestory windows but the nearly solid walls are desirable in this case. -

Bridgestone Arena: further development of property
ArchitectBarbie replied to markhollin's topic in Nashville
Considering they just now decided to freeze our monthly payments for a hockey season that's still in question, they should have a good chunk of money to fund this project. If they could fast track these improvements while the building was not being utilized that would be really smart - maybe they are.
