The drivers should definitely be careful too. However when a car and person walking collide, there is an undisputed winner every time and cars remain undefeated.

I like the fact they have the lit signage on multiple sides. I also like the red as so many of the other new building use all white. -
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, 40 stories, 542', $400 million

The free market will take care of the problem soon enough. Not sure you really want the government setting tax rates as punishment for how you use your own property. That could get out of hand in a hurry. If the Four Seasons wanted that land they would have bought it. They simply decided they could do without it based on the asking price.- 1,920 replies

I wish they could play two seasons at Nissan before starting the stadium just to confirm if this is going to be niche market. When I looked at average attendance for MLS individual teams, you see only two cities could fill a stadium the size of which they are proposing. A couple of others would be close, but 15 of them could play in a 15,000 seat stadium.

I know the revolving room opened back up a few years ago, but it no longer revolves and it for private events only. I asked if it would ever be a restaurant again and they said it depended on being able to get an express elevator for access. Apparently they stay so busy now they don't have elevator capacity for all the additional traffic going to the top. -

I could care less, but this is going to make a lot of people I know very happy. Was one of the last semi-local hangouts on Broadway. -
20 wins and 9 loses at home the last 3 1/2 year, with three straight wins in dramatic fashion. If people are not buying that in most places, there would be no NFL.

I hate to see so many people give up on the Titans. The majority of my life is still pre-Titans and it sucked not to have a local team. I just wanted the chance to have a team to root for win or lose. I know this may sound crazy in this day and age but I never put winning as a contingency on my fandom. Plus, its hard to play Monday morning QB without a team.

So the building to the left of the L&C (before/during construction) was around 2 to 3 stories tall and then floors added after the L&c was completed?

Might as well trade Henry too since they will not use him. I can't understand their fascination with Deon Lewis.

Correct no clear answers. But if there was, I would love to know how Ohio which is completely east of Nashville is in the 'Midwest"

I was thinking with the JWMarriott they could do something like Bridgestone where the lights are at the base of the roof and point upwards to the top glass panels that are there to basically cover the mechanical stuff. When you look at Bridgestone the red lights don't appear to shine at all on the top occupied floors. -
that probably includes parking at the airport

I wanted to be excited, but this just is not to exciting to me. I hope they add some great lighting or something. I have not stopped to look at it person in a while either.

I'm not sure it matters either way. The days of trying to throw an upper deck on a minor league park are long gone. It would have to be modern and on the cutting edge for us to get a team. (and most likely would have to be in the core to generate the excitement which will bring in the tourist and business travelers)
