  1. Vacancy on the newest buildings is extremely low. However, all have been constructed up to this point fully leased to a single tenant (ala Bridgestone) or with major anchor tenant pre-leasing. It is only now that we are seeing office buildings being proposed fully on spec. We have to wait and see how this plays out.
  2. So in summary of the article... it doesn’t matter what goes here or if it works at all or if it is any good... the plaza is sacrosanct. That’s the only thing that can make this site successful... The project being constructed is fantastic.
  3. No I’m obviously too stupid to do so. I was referring to the new slew of buildings like 1201 that all seem to have the exact same blue glass without any distinctive features on the curtainwall.
  4. 100 acres was mentioned in the RFP as a minimum for a suburban campus in the RFP. Urban sites had no minimum land area requirement.
  5. Anyone know if that’s all the space there or if there will be another tenant?
  6. They better not leave that big blank wall. I want to see the giant mural installed like the old renderings.
