  1. Numbers for May came out last week. 1.248 million, a monthly record. 6.5% increase over May '16, up 10.5% so far year over year. Almost passed last FY's totals with one more month yet to count.
  2. If I'm not mistaken I believe the office portion of 5th and Broadway is still spec at this point, so maybe developers are starting to get it.
  3. The lighting isn't great but these kind of show the progress on One Bellevue Place. The first shows the Crescent Bellevue apartments on the back-side of the property, some of which seem to be nearing completion (pic taken off Sawyer Brown). The second shows some of the retail including Sprouts, which is set to open early next month. The third shows the bigger retail spots on the property, some of which are already sporting their signs. The second and third pic were taken near the US Bank that is directly off of US 70 S, on the edge of the property.
  4. Looking down Demonbreun from the light at 12th ave.
  5. Rode through downtown today and snapped a few pics at traffic lights. From 12th and Demonbreun
  6. I drive on lower broad pretty frequently and from what I can tell the only real use that the right lanes get on each side is liquor and beer deliveries. Personally I think that with the improvements they've made with the pedestrian-traffic flow down there (no more turning right through mobs of pedestrians, diagonal crosswalks, etc), there doesn't seem to be much need for traffic lanes beyond one lane each way and a middle turning lane.
  7. This is from Viridian, right? That view will get even more urban once 5th and broad is finished! I say buy!
  8. Hey all, long time lurker, first time poster. The thing that makes me the most interested about this property and the project that could eventually be built here is the potential to provide street activation on multiple prime roads. The property could provide good linkage (along with endeavor and whatever is eventually built on the Exxon site) between midtown and lower broadway, but it also could take a step in filling the gap between the Thompson Hotel/Icon part of the Gulch and Capitol View on 11th ave. I'm looking forward to seeing what the developers have in mind.
