    I think it looks great. Also, new buildings in much bigger cities like Dallas, Miami, Houston, Atlanta, and even Chicago have garages like that.

    I was on 77 South this morning, and it struck me how the SouthEnd skyline is pretty prominent now. In a few years, it will be even more so.

    That’s fantastic! Do you know if there are any plans for the lot to the east of North Italia? The lot to the east of North Italia is huge.

    Amazing news! Is this the lot next to the MacLaren showroom or the one next to Tavern on the Tracks? I’ll be there for the Panthers/Falcons game and look forward to scoping it out.

    It is. Top bankers want to be in NY. Citadel exemplifies this. It moved its HQ from Chicago to Miami, but everyone wants to be in NY, so they’re building a 1,350’ new tower in NY (on top of the new 800’ tower they just built). Charlotte is ideal for the worker bees who make $400k or less, as that income doesn’t go far in NY.

    New York is the de facto HQ of Wells Fargo. All of the corporate leaders are based there. However, Charlotte is Wells’ workhorse. It has the most Wells employees of any city.

    I love Waxhaw and thought of living in Weddington Chase. The traffic on Providence Road is a problem though.

    I’ve thought the same thing. It would be nice if SouthEnd had a big plaza.
